In a world where so many things seem to stand against us, what might it mean if God was for us? Could we be more? Not just copers, but conquerors. Not hurters, but healers. Not alone,but together. As young people responding to God’s love and grace, let’s be active in seeking more of it for our lives and for our world. If God is for us, who can be against us?
Come and join hundreds of young people, learning to respond to God’s love and grace.
What Happens?
There’s a tonne of stuff to keep you going at Soul Survivor. Beyond the main sessions and seminars, there are practical and creative workshops for you to try your hand at something new. Unleash the juggler, dancer, percussionist or artist within!
Worship
Every morning and night we gather to worship God together, hear teaching from the Bible, and spend time praying for each other.
Teaching
There’s a huge choice of seminars on interesting and relevant topics, whether you’re a bible scholar or you’re just coming to check it out. There’s a bunch of inspiring, honest, passionate speakers who are keen to share with us what they know about following Jesus and the hope they have in Him—the joys, the struggles and everything in between. This week’s about exploring together what hope in Jesus really means.
Workshops
Get creative, learn a new skill, get down and dirty. Workshops are a fun way to try your hand at something new. In the past we’ve had everything from origami to survival skills. These are practical and engaging sessions where you get to do the stuff. There’s something for everyone and choice of several options each time there is a workshop slot.
And Even More...
There’s also plenty happening at the cafes, sports areas, night dance venue, bands, the market and the beloved chai tent. One of the best things about Soul Survivor is the community. Get to know your neighbours in your camping village. Share a picnic or some chocolate!
